Audiobook Producer Volunteer
Under the guidance and auspices of the Editorial Board, the Audiobook Producer Volunteer is responsible for producing original audiobooks. These will mostly be readings of Sparkyl articles or the works listed on the Sparkyl Reading List. Some video editing is also required in order to prepare the files for YouTube.
This is a more involved position that creates a core part of Sparkyl’s media output.
Description
Consistent internet access.
Possess appropriate hardware/software to create audio media.
Basic reading/writing skills.
Basic video/audio editing skills (e.g. DaVinci, Ableton, etc).
Qualifications
Maintain consistent contact with the Sparkyl Editorial Board via secure email.
Independently create audiobook media per the directives of the Board.
Supply the Editorial Board with completed audiobooks in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
Maintain consistent ethics, morals, and the Sparkyl political line.
Time commitment: ≤10 hrs a week
