Sparkyl is an organization committed to the abolishment of class society through socialism and Marxist-Leninist science, striving to be a literary vehicle for the international Communist movement and the empowerment of the working class.
All volunteers and members of Sparkyl must subordinate themselves to the Sparkyl Editorial Board and the political line of Sparkyl magazine without exception. This is in-line with Leninist organizing, and ensures that we maintain a unified position from which Sparkyl can perform its work within the wide field of socialist organizing.
Because we take our duties seriously, we adhere to a centralized command structure and political line, centering our theories and practice around the Sparkyl Editorial Board.
Please familiarize yourself with Marxism and our articles before pursuing any open volunteer positions. We are a vanguard organization, and do not have any systems in place to teach Marxism at this period.
We are a working organization that attempts to build a strict division of labor. All our volunteers are brought on due to current openings, and to perform specific duties. There is no exception to this policy.
While we will work with your personal schedule, each volunteer is accepted into our org under a specific job description, with expectations for certain duties to be performed accordingly. A failure to perform these duties will result in your relationship with Sparkyl being terminated.
